the bathroom had a SEPARATE switch for the fan & the light.....you know, the fan noise doesn't come on all the times you turn the light on.....there was a good selection of towels (Brianna (Bridgett!!) was very pleasant & friendly at the front desk.....Enjoyed an excellent meal at the Whiskey Jack restaurant & appreciated the 10% discount ticket

Nice place to stay to explore the Rockies around Jasper; The town center is 10 away by foot. Although located by the road, it was not noisy at all. The room was big and had everything we needed. There is a small hot tub at the hotel which is usually very crowded in the summer.

Check in was quick and easy. Room was a decent size and had a coffee machine/fridge. There was a large balcony as well. The bed was very comfortable. The shower was good and the wash basin was in the room rather than the bathroom, so it had more light for using the mirror. I also used the pool (which was great and it had a separate jacuzzi), I didn't use the hot tub as it was too warm outside to need it! The inn is 5 - 10 mins walk from the centre of the town. I could always find parking on site.

After a few 'not so good experiences' around Banff and Jasper, Tonquin Inn actually surprised us. Most places in the region do not allow you an early check-in even if they have rooms available and Tonquin was a surprise exception. They gave us a room when we checked with them around 1:30 pm, ready to be refused. We were on level 3, with a spacious room and a sunny balcony.

The staff was very helpful and accommodating. They upgraded us to a suite for free. The room was very functional and had a nice fireplace, complete with a complementary log. This establishment is on the better end of motels.

Location and cleanliness were great, room had heat you could control and a nice fireplac with a fire log. Great added touch! Pool and hot tub are very nice, but change room lockers definitely need a fresh coat of paint and a nice mountain scene or something colorful could really liven up the pool area but it was clean with fresh towels. Outdoors and indoor hot tubs too!

Ground floor room, (we had heavy luggage) functional, plenty of hot water, towels. Spacious, kettle, fridge plenty of supposed space and room to put cases. Comfy bed and pillows. Short walk into downtown Jasper. Whisky Jack Grill opposite. Plenty of parking. Swimming pool and hot tubs

I liked the layout (family suite) with kitchenette and separate bedroom. Liked the pool and hot tubs. The price was very reasonable compared to other Jasper accommodations. (Note: accommodation in Jasper is expensive, but this was the best deal, kitchenette, so you do not have to eat out all the time, which also saves $$$ .) It was clean and the staff were very friendly.

I liked that it was on the edge of town but still a place tour buses pick up from. There are 3 restaurants plus a Starbucks closeby. Staff was helpful. There was a fridge in the room and apparently you can request a microwave. We had a pleasant stay. Jasper was incredible.

I loved the massive bed and the Sauna in the room. I appreciated the spacious room. The free coffee in the morning was greatly appreciated. We liked the set up of the room and how it was outside. There was a lot of fresh towels for each member of my party.
